Opening a business means a long list of accounts, apps, and decisions. I’ll set up the core financial tools a new business needs with you, so your money, books, and payroll are organized before tax season arrives. You also get direct access to me for questions as your business gets going.

Launch Essentials: $349

• Business bank account setup (Relay)

• Bookkeeping setup in QuickBooks: chart of accounts, bank connection, and a simple monthly routine

• Business email and tools with Google Workspace on your own domain

Full Launch: $599

Everything in Launch Essentials, plus:

• Payroll setup with Gusto, when you’re ready to pay yourself or employees

• Corporate cards and expense tracking with Ramp, for businesses that qualify

• A review of health benefit options for you and your team, including ICHRA

How it works

1. Book a free 30-minute intro call. We talk about your business and what you need.

2. Get your setup plan. You’ll know which tools fit and what each one costs.

3. We set it up together. In one or two working sessions, we open accounts and connect everything.

4. You’re ready to run. You leave with organized books, working systems, and a clear next step.

What you’re paying for

Software subscriptions are billed by each provider directly to you. Enhance Finance does not pay for or resell any provider’s services. Your setup fee covers my time and expertise, plus direct access to me for questions as your business gets going. Bookkeeping and tax services are available separately if you want ongoing support.

Account approvals, card limits, and promotions are decided by each provider.

Health Benefits & ICHRA

Offering benefits can help a small business attract and keep good people. I can walk you through options such as individual health coverage and an Individual Coverage HRA (ICHRA), which lets employers reimburse employees tax-free for individual health insurance premiums, within set limits. Health insurance services are provided by Andrew Nocera, a Connecticut-licensed insurance producer. Insurance products are subject to carrier eligibility and underwriting, and I may receive commissions from insurance carriers.
