Full Bill Review

Send us copies of your household bills and we'll go through each company, plan and policy line by line to show where you may be paying more than you need to. Priced by quote.

Before you start: you gather the bills, we review them

We're glad to dig into your bills, but we don't get them for you. We don't contact your phone, internet, utility or insurance companies to request statements. It's your job to download or copy your most recent bills and send them to us.

Ideally, send a full year (12 months) of each bill. A year shows seasonal swings, promo prices that ended and fees that crept in over time. If you can't find all 12, send what you have, and at least the most recent bill for each.

Most companies let you download past bills from your online account under Billing or Statements. Photos of paper bills work too, as long as every line is readable.

How it works

  1. Request a quote. Fill out the short form. It asks which bills you'd like reviewed and roughly what you pay.
  2. Get your quote and agreement. We reply with the price and a short engagement letter.
  3. Accept and pay. You pay through a secure invoice in your client portal.
  4. Upload your bills. Use your private SuiteDash portal, not email. Up to 10 bills in total; 12 months of each bill is ideal.
  5. Get your report within 5 business days after we've received all of your bills. A written breakdown for each bill: what you pay, what stands out, options to look into and call scripts you can use.
  6. Walk through it. A short call to go over the report and answer questions.

What the request form asks

  • Your name, email and phone, and your Connecticut town
  • Household size (some assistance programs depend on it)
  • Which bills you want reviewed (checkboxes) and about how much each one costs a month
  • Your electric utility (Eversource or UI) and whether you use a third-party supplier
  • Whether anyone in your household gets SNAP, Medicaid, SSI or energy assistance (optional; it helps us check programs)
  • What you'd most like to change, and how you heard about us

The form never asks for account numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers or card numbers.

Pricing

The Full Bill Review is priced by quote, based on how many bills and months you send. A review covers up to 10 bills in total, and your report is delivered within 5 business days after we've received all of your bills. You'll know the price before you pay, and nothing starts until you accept the quote.

Your privacy

  • Upload only through your SuiteDash portal. Please don't email bills or send them by text or social media.
  • Black out full account numbers before you upload (keeping the last 4 digits is fine). Never send passwords, PINs, Social Security numbers or card numbers.
  • We use your bills only to prepare your review. We don't sell or share them.
  • Your files stay in your private portal folder and are deleted 90 days after we deliver your report, unless you ask us in writing to keep them longer.
  • See our Privacy Policy for details.

For general education only. Not tax, legal, insurance, or investment advice. App rules and pay change often, so check each app's official pages for current terms. We can't promise savings, and you decide what to change.
